After ten years of development, Junxi packaging has been built to extrusion, weaving, film covering, cutting, ribbon, sewing, inspection, packaging and storage transportation as one of the production and sales line, and has a professional team. After ten years of precipitation, Junxi Machine has formed a production management line that uses machine tool precision machining, parts manufacturing, processing and assembly, and factory trial operation to troubleshoot faults. With a team of 10 technicians, it strictly controls the equipment casting, machine tool processing error and parts genuine rate, etc., to ensure that the equipment leaves the factory without failure, and the use of low loss and high efficiency.
The company is headquartered in Jinggui Center, Cangzhou City, adjacent to Cangzhou West High-speed Railway Station, and one hour's drive from Beijing International Airport, which is convenient for customers from all over the world.
The headquarters consists of six departments including the Business Department, the Personnel Department, the Purchasing Department, the Operation Department, the Market Management Department and the General Management Department. There are 25 business personnel and 15 other departments.

The raw materials of base cloth and sling produced by our factory are processed with high quality raw materials from China Petroleum and Sinopec.
Wire drawing
Junxi packaging has 5 domestic advanced high-speed wire drawing machines, with a monthly capacity of 1000 tons.
First of all, the advanced automatic feeding system, instead of the traditional manual feeding, computer distribution system fine distribution of raw materials, so that the ratio error value is reduced to 0.05%. Greatly improved the production errors such as uneven mixing and mixing errors.
Secondly, I plant has high quality technical personnel, to ensure that the issued products have the advanced technical level of the industry.
Circular knitting
Junxi packaging has circular weaving equipment 20 sets, with circular weaving workers 50 people, monthly output of more than 300 tons.
Existing circular weaving equipment production varieties of porcelain white cloth, conductive cloth, anti - oxygen cloth, anti - static cloth and other varieties of cloth.
Our factory circular weaving production equipment can produce the fabric of 0.8-2.6 meters
The next process equipment has compound coating function to meet the 0.95-2.4m wide cloth coating, and a number of automatic cutting equipment to meet all your needs.
Base fabric cutting
Has 3 automatic base cloth cutting machine, all using ultrasonic cutting, with no loose wire, good quality and other characteristics. Intelligent cutting, simple operation, save time, save material and save labor, cutting accuracy ±0.01mm, greatly reduce the error caused by manual cutting.
Making the harness
Junxi packaging sling equipment 40 sets, the monthly output of more than 200 tons, with 45 sling workers, the production of sling more than 100 varieties.
Adopt the advanced wire drawing equipment and technology in the industry, so that the production of the sling is superior, so that the production level and technology of the sling stay in the advanced level of the industry.
